What we collect

If you request a review, we collect your name, email, business name and type, website status, service needs, role, and answers about the monthly plan. You can also share a website address and extra context.

Please leave out private customer, patient, or legal case details.

How we use your request

We use your answers to check whether our services fit your needs, reply to you, prepare for your review, and follow up on that conversation. If your answers qualify, you can choose a time for a 15-minute review call.

We keep requests in a private lead tracker. We do not publish your answers in our portfolio or send them to website analytics. We do not sell your inquiry details.

The services we use

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Baserow stores review requests, and Resend sends email notifications. Cal.com handles review bookings. Umami provides website analytics when tracking is enabled. These providers process the information needed for their part of the service.

Spam checks and booking access

Spam protection checks browser information and your connection. Our abuse counter stores a private code based on the connection address, rather than the raw address. A short-lived, secure cookie keeps the booking page available after a qualified request. It lasts for up to one hour.

The embedded spam check and calendar may also process browser information under their own privacy policies.

Website analytics

We use basic visit and event counts to understand which pages help visitors get in touch. We do not send your name, email, business details, website address, or written answers to analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or session recordings on this website.

Our analytics setup respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting and removes query strings and hash values from recorded page addresses. Booking-page visits and confirmed bookings are counted separately.

How long we keep inquiries

We keep inquiries that do not become clients for up to 12 months from the date we receive them, then remove them through our retention review. Client records follow the separate service agreement.

Delivery services may keep their own records under their retention rules. Our delivery system removes its temporary notification copy when delivery finishes, or when the retry window closes after 23 hours. It keeps a receipt to prevent duplicate delivery for up to 12 months.

Your information

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete information you submitted. Email [email protected]. We may need to confirm that the request came from you.
